wow. Over 1 million Candelas light the night around the world every day. The trend is growing, and there are many good reasons; for one, candela rechargeable lights are safe. According to the NFPA the number of home fires due to unattended candles has doubled in the past five years. Candela uses rechargeable batteries and LEDs to provide the same ambience as a candle, just without the devastating risk. Plus, many candles release toxic fumes similar to that of burning diesel fuel, but candela is made of fully-recyclable plastics and adheres to international environmental agency regulations for batteries and electronics.
